| Laning (800-soul items)Nearly every Celeste opens with High-Velocity Rounds, Extra Regen and Mystic Regeneration. Mystic Expansion has the best results of her cheap items. | |
| Mid game core (1,600–3,200)Celeste's core: Radiant Regeneration, Torment Pulse, Healing Booster and Opening Rounds. Greater Expansion has the best results here. Restorative Locket, Spirit Lifesteal and Spirit Shielding add the Vitality most builds lack. | |
| Late game (6,400)Spellslinger has the best late-game results on Celeste, ahead of the more common Boundless Spirit. Spiritual Overflow and Refresher round it out. | |
| SituationalSuperior Cooldown and Spirit Burn for more damage, Grit as a cheap emergency shield. |

How to play
Celeste is a spirit poke and disruption hero. Radiant Daggers calls down light beams that stack spirit amp on her, Light Eater marks enemies so they take more spirit damage while she lifesteals, Dazzling Trick gives her a barrier that silences anyone who breaks it, and Shining Wonder bounces between enemies.
Her innate movement
Celeste has lower gravity, more air control and faster air acceleration than other heroes, plus 4 stamina bars. She floats through fights.
Laning phase (0–10 min)
- Poke with Radiant Daggers. At 30 m range, you can hit enemies from safety. Each hit stacks spirit amp and fire rate on you for 30 seconds.
- Light Eater for trades. Mark the enemy, then hit them with spirit damage for extra damage and lifesteal.
- Your gun is weak: slow, homing, bouncing shots. Use it to finish troopers.
Mid game (10–25 min)
- Keep your Radiant Daggers stacks up. Six stacks give a big spirit amp bonus.
- Use Dazzling Trick when dived. Divers who break the barrier get silenced.
Late game and team fights (25+ min)
- Shining Wonder into groups. It bounces up to 8 times (14 with T3), favouring heroes.
- Dazzling Trick T3 lets Shining Wonder bounce off you too.
- Stay at the back. You have very little health.
Combos
- Poke: Radiant Daggers → Light Eater → Radiant Daggers again (T1 charges).
- Counter-dive: Dazzling Trick → enemy breaks the barrier and gets silenced → Light Eater → Daggers.
- Team fight: Light Eater the group → Shining Wonder → Daggers on the slowed targets.
Matchups
- Good against: slow, grouped teams and melee divers who can be silenced by Dazzling Trick.
- Hard against: fast assassins with burst damage and long-range snipers.
Pro tips
- Radiant Daggers T1 adds 2 charges, so stacking spirit amp is much faster.
- Your bullets home in and bounce, which makes them easier to land than they look.
Lore
Celeste is a unicorn who performs as The Dazzling Celeste at a Coney Island sideshow. The act hides her true nature from poachers, and she reveals herself only to help her found family win back a soul that was sold to pay off gambling debts.
Frequently asked questions
Is Celeste good for beginners?
She's medium difficulty. Her abilities are easy to land, but she has very little health, so positioning matters a lot.
How does Dazzling Trick work?
It gives Celeste a barrier for 4 seconds. If enemies break it, it explodes, silencing everyone within 14 metres and dealing damage equal to half the barrier. Enemies who burst her end up silenced.
How do you counter Celeste?
Dive her: she has very little health. Don't break her Dazzling Trick barrier unless you can finish her, since it silences you, and spread out so Shining Wonder can't bounce through your whole team.
